Welcome to TopChunks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“TopChunks”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, products, websites, and platforms, including but not limited to Odoo development, CRM customization, and marketing automation solutions such as Kewa Marketing.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Definitions
- Client / You: The individual or legal entity entering into a service agreement with TopChunks.
- Services: Refers to all products and services provided by TopChunks, including ERP/CRM development, customization, maintenance, hosting, and marketing automation.
- Platform: Includes TopChunks websites, hosted applications, and digital tools such as Kewa Marketing.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Scope of Services
TopChunks provides a range of services including:
- Odoo ERP implementation and customization
- CRM module development and workflow automation
- Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Firebase, eCommerce)
- Marketing automation tools and campaigns via Kewa Marketing
- Maintenance and support, including performance monitoring and bug fixing
A detailed scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined separately in individual project proposals or contracts.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary resources, data, and personnel
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and access keys
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you upload or integrate into our systems.
Fees & Payment Terms
- Project and service fees are outlined in official proposals or contracts
- Payments are due as per the agreed milestones or monthly/annual cycles
- Late payments may result in suspension or limitation of service access
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Data Security & Privacy
TopChunks is committed to protecting your data. We:
- Encrypt data at rest and in transit
- Maintain strict access controls and monitoring
- Regularly audit our systems for vulnerabilities

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All custom code, configurations, and workflows developed by TopChunks are owned by the client upon full payment.
- Kewa Marketing and other proprietary platforms remain the intellectual property of TopChunks, provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive license.
- You retain all rights to your data and content.
Limitation of Liability
TopChunks is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss not resulting from our negligence
- Downtime caused by third-party service failures
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past 3 months of service.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable services but do not warrant that:
- Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All bugs or issues can be resolved instantly
- Services will meet every specific business requirement without customization
All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Amendments
TopChunks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
